Because we handmake each order custom to your canine companion we are unfortunately unable to accept returns/refund your orders due to incorrect sizing/ color choice. If you are experiencing a defect with your gear please email us at strut.petgear@gmail.com within 30 days of purchase so we may help resolve your issue. We want you to enjoy our biothane collars as much as we do!
